(More customer reviews)I strongly discourage buying a fishing rod from Amazon.I recently purchased this Ugly Stick rod, which is otherwise a great piece of equipment, but arrived damaged due to an absolutely horrible and inexcusable packing job.Now, in order to return this damaged and useless rod, Amazon requires that I repackage the rod, drive to the nearest UPS location, and ship it back to them.Not even the courtesy of having it picked up from my home.I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, and spent a small fortune in Amazon purchases; but, I will never again buy a fishing rod from them, regardless of the savings.
