But if you look at the picture it includes 2 black thing wrap around the bar. when it came it was just a plain metal bar with no hand grip protection. i really got mad at that already. Now if you click on image and zoom in the picture, you would see that the end are circle(which made me think this bar is portable just twist in and no screws are need. BUT WHEN THE BAR ARRIVED THE END WAS SHAPED OF A HEXAGON OR AN OCTAGON AND REQUIRED SCREWS!!! I rate this bar a 2 because its still a good pull up bar, you can still do good pull ups if you install the product. But overall i think it's a bad bar and not worth it. When you buy this bar just remember that it will not look anything like the picture you see(Zoom in to see). The bar will just come in a plain metal and installations. Hope this review helped you.
