(More customer reviews)Their website ads claim items are "Available and in stock" and that once paid for you will receive your order quickly but after waiting for two weeks I emailed them and asked where my stuff was since it was paid for instantly via credit card etc. They answered that my item had not even arrived to them yet!
"We are waiting for the item you ordered to be received by our shipping location, once the item is received. Your order is scheduled to ship out to you at the end of this week." So much for being "IN STOCK."On BFM's own site their "Order Processing, Shipping, & Returns" instructions are 1,183 words long!...they "really" don't want to give "you" your money back no matter what. Oddly there is no mention of their own false advertising.
And don't forget what it says on every external website seller's ad on Amazon: "Purchases made on external websites are not eligible for the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee" No wonder BFM doesn't want an Amazon site.

BFM lied to me and one lie is one too many for me. I will never order from them again. In addition this episode has soured me against other external website sellers that may actually be honest and professional business people.
But better safe than sorry. They've already raised the price on the item I purchased by two more dollars on the BFM site, just since I ordered July 28th and I don't even have it yet!
What does that say about this outfit?
BTW their ads still read "In stock" on the BFM website. (Truth in advertising?NOT)

The reason for one star (any star at all) is the product is ok it's the seller's that are crooked.
