(More customer reviews)Received product undamaged and in a very timely manner.I choose this reel based on Shimano's reputation and price.Generally a reel under $25 is not worth your effort and a reel over $75 is out of my price range.I have not been disappointed.The reel functions well and is very smooth all around with a 5 bearing system.I searched several stores before coming to amazon to get a feel for reels.I found the Sedona 1000, 2500, and 4000 all at the same price, so this was a no brainer when they are all marked at different prices in a retail store.
